Job Title : Associate Manager - Client Servicing (Digital)

Location : Udyog Vihar, Phase-V, Gurugram

Experience : From 2 to 3 years of client servicing experience in digital / mainline advertising agencies. ( Experience in client servicing from other industries will not be considered for this position )

Job Summary :

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Senior Executive – Account Management to join our dynamic team in Gurugram . This role requires someone who understands the pulse of digital marketing , is passionate about social media , and has hands-on experience in managing influencer campaigns and brand partnerships .

You’ll be the bridge between the client and internal teams, ensuring smooth campaign execution, strong client relationships, and timely delivery.

Key Accountabilities

  • Act as the primary point of contact between the agency and the client for all digital communication needs, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
  • Manage end-to-end execution of digital, social media and influencer marketing campaigns.
  • Coordinate with clients and internal teams (creative, strategy, media, and influencer teams) to ensure campaign deliverables are met.
  • Support in developing campaign strategies , content calendars, and execution plans based on client briefs.
  • Handle day-to-day communication with clients, understanding their business needs and providing timely updates.
  • Track and report campaign performance, share insights, and recommend optimization ideas.
  • Work closely on brand partnerships , managing expectations and ensuring deliverables are on-brand and on-time.
  • Assist in budget tracking, invoicing, and backend documentation as per process.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, digital innovations, and emerging social platforms.

Professional Skills :

  • 2–3 years of experience in account / client servicing with a focus on social media or influencer marketing .
  • Strong understanding of basic digital marketing concepts , campaign planning, and execution.
  • Experience working with influencer platforms, creators, or talent managers is a plus.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills — able to manage multiple stakeholders.
  • Detail-oriented with strong project coordination abilities.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks under tight deadlines.
  • Passionate about advertising, brands, and consumer behaviour.
  • Strong client-service orientation.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
