We are seeking an experienced, highly driven
General Manager – Operations
to oversee and optimize all operational aspects of our business. This leadership role requires a strategic thinker with strong execution skills to ensure smooth day-to-day functioning, scale operations, and maintain high standards of customer satisfaction, quality, and profitability.
Key Responsibilities :
Strategic Operations Management Drive end-to-end operations across all locations / kitchens / outlets. Plan and execute expansion strategies and new market entries. Build scalable systems and processes to support business growth.
Team Leadership Lead, mentor, and manage cross-functional teams including kitchen staff, delivery operations, customer service, and support functions. Implement performance metrics and drive accountability across the board.
Customer Experience & Quality Control Maintain the highest standards of food quality, hygiene, and service. Monitor customer feedback and implement continuous improvement initiatives.
Supply Chain & Inventory Oversee procurement, vendor management, inventory control, and logistics. Ensure cost-effective sourcing and minimal wastage.
Technology & Automation Work closely with tech teams to optimize order management, delivery integration, and operational dashboards. Leverage analytics for data-driven decision making.
Financial Management Monitor P&L, drive cost efficiencies, and ensure profitability across units. Forecast budgets, control expenditures, and report on performance metrics.
Compliance & Safety Ensure compliance with FSSAI, labor laws, fire safety, and other statutory regulations.
Qualifications & Skills :
8–12 years of experience in F&B, QSR, cloud kitchen, or hospitality operations. Proven track record in scaling operations and managing multi-location teams. Strong analytical, decision-making, and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication and leadership abilities. Bachelor’s degree in Business, Hospitality, or related field.
