Job Summary :

1.Technical Skills – Necessary

Cloud : AWS Cloud Infrastructure

Operating System : Linux OS

Monitoring Tools : Grafana, Datadog, or similar

Access Management : Azure AD

Containerization : Kubernetes (Moderate level knowledge)

2. Technical Skills – Nice to Have

ITSM Tools : ServiceNow, JIRA

Database : MySQL (Basic knowledge)

3. Technical Skills – Ok to Train Later

Protocol : MQTT

4. Day in the Life

Monitor the health status of applications using Datadog or similar monitoring tools.

Check incident and service tickets in ServiceNow.

Perform ticket analysis and root cause identification; seek support from L4 teams for deeper technical details.

Submit incident reports and impact analysis; update SOPs accordingly.

Coordinate with Development and DevOps teams for troubleshooting and issue resolution.

5. Event-Specific Responsibilities (Deployments)

Support platform version upgrades.

Perform build and deployment activities for frontend and backend components.

Execute backup and recovery procedures as per established guidelines.
