Role Overview :

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Senior UX Designer to lead the design of intuitive, engaging, and user-centric digital experiences. In this role, you will take ownership of the end-to-end UX process from user research and wireframing to high-fidelity prototyping and usability testingprimarily using Figma and other industry-standard tools. You will work closely with cross-functional teams including product managers, engineers, visual designers, and stakeholders to translate complex problems into elegant design solutions.

This role requires a candidate who can not only create impactful user experiences but also communicate design strategies effectively, mentor junior designers, and liaise confidently with clients when needed.

Key Responsibilities :

• User-Centered Design : Lead and execute design strategies grounded in a deep understanding of user needs, business goals, and technical constraints.
• UX Deliverables : Create comprehensive UX artifacts including user flows, wireframes, prototypes, site maps, and information architecture documents.
• User Research & Testing : Plan and conduct user research, interviews, surveys, and usability testing to inform design decisions and validate solutions.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration : Work in tandem with product teams, developers, and visual designers to ensure consistent and scalable design implementation.
• Design Documentation : Prepare detailed and well-structured design specifications and documentation for development handoff.
• Stakeholder Management : Present design concepts, rationales, and user insights to internal teams and external clients to secure alignment and approvals.
• Accessibility & Usability : Ensure that all designs adhere to accessibility guidelines (WCAG) and follow established usability principles.
• Mentorship & Guidance : For senior / lead roles, provide direction and mentoring to junior UX designers and contribute to team capability building.
• Client Interaction : For certain roles, actively participate in client communications, requirement discussions, and solution walkthroughs.
