Job Summary :

We are hiring a Sales Project Head to lead and drive sales strategies for real estate projects. This role involves planning, execution, and team management to achieve sales targets and ensure successful project delivery.

Responsibilities :

Develop and implement sales strategies for real estate projects.

Oversee the sales lifecycle, from lead generation to closing deals.

Manage and mentor the sales team to achieve performance targets.

Collaborate with marketing and project teams to align strategies.

Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities.

Build and maintain relationships with clients, investors, and stakeholders.

Prepare sales forecasts, performance reports, and presentations.

Requirements :

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Real Estate, or related fields.

8+ years of experience in real estate sales and project management.

Proven track record in achieving sales targets and managing teams.

Strong leadership, negotiation, and communication skills.

Proficiency in CRM tools and MS Office.
