Job Title : Relationship / Sales Manager – CASA (RMPA)

Position Purpose
To drive the acquisition of high-end Current and Savings Accounts (CASA) through open market sourcing and cross-selling other banking products and services.
Key Responsibilities
- Acquire new-to-bank high-value current accounts through open market lead generation and achieve monthly CASA targets.
- Ensure KYC and AML compliance as per bank policies.
- Onboard customers smoothly and ensure strong engagement post-acquisition.
- Drive account activation and ensure :
- 80% customers maintain AQB
- 75% use internet banking
- 50% adopt digital services
- Generate leads and liaise with branch and product teams to deliver the right banking solutions (Trade, FX, CMS, DSB, etc.).
Qualifications and Experience
Minimum Qualification : GraduatePreferred : MBA / IRDA qualifiedExperience :2–3 years in new-to-bank current account acquisition, preferably in the SME segmentStrong local market knowledge and relationship-building skillsProficiency in local language is a mustSkills and Competencies
Technical :
Good knowledge of Business Banking, Trade / FX, and Digital BankingStrong MS Excel proficiencyBehavioral :
Excellent communication skills in English and local languagesPresentable with strong grooming standardsSelf-motivated, target-oriented, and relationship-drivenSkills Required
