• Revise, edit, proofread & optimize web content
• Work with cross-functionally to enhance overall user experience of our platforms
• Own various design tasks involved in the web development life cycle from start to finish
• Social media strategy planning & execution
• Daily content posting & scheduling
• Audience engagement and community management
• Trend research and content ideas creation
• Video editing and reels / shorts creation
• Graphic designing coordination
• Social media analytics & performance tracking
• Collaboration with marketing & sales team
• Brand awareness and online reputation management
• Paid ads campaign support (Facebook / Instagram / YouTube ads)
