Job descriptionStrong knowledge of Building Information Modeling (BIM) and the ability to create and manage architectural models Proficiency in architectural design and modeling tools related to the construction industry Experience with creating and reviewing construction drawings and MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing) designs Attention to detail and capability to ensure accuracy in design and documentation Ability to read, interpret, and manipulate technical drawings and specifications Solid understanding of industry standards and a collaborative approach to working in multi-disciplinary teams Familiarity with clash detection processes and problem-solving in design Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering, or a related field is preferred Strong organizational and communication skills Proficiency in relevant BIM software such as Revit, AutoCAD, or similar platforms is advantageous

We’re looking for a skilled BIM Modeler-Architecture to join our team. If you have (5+ years) experience in developing and coordinating BIM models, a strong eye for detail, and enjoy collaborating across disciplines, we’d love to hear from you.
The Opportunity :
- Work on an exciting project combining heritage and contemporary construction
- Take full ownership of BIM models and management systems from concept to as-built (up to LOD500)
- Coordinate with both internal and external design teams
Develop your own systems to create accurate, detailed, and UK-compliant models
What We’re Looking For :
Salary - INR 6,00,000 - INR 12,00,000 depending on experience.
