HIRING : CTO JUNIOR Django team (HANDS-ON)

We are looking for a Junior CTO (Hands-On) — a highly technical engineer who codes every day, but who also has the maturity to take ownership of our growing ecosystem of systems, integrations and platforms.

This is a role for someone who wants to lead through execution , influence technical decisions, build solid systems, and grow quickly into a full CTO position.

🔧 What You Will Do

As our Junior CTO, you will :

• Lead the development and evolution of our Django-based portal
• Build and maintain REST APIs (Django / FastAPI)
• Develop real-time communication features (WebSockets)
• Integrate local LLMs, embeddings, RAG pipelines and AI-powered features
• Manage deployments, Docker, Linux servers, Nginx, troubleshooting
• Improve system architecture and ensure code quality
• Create documentation, internal standards and technical processes
• Support and improve ERP-related workflows (basic Odoo knowledge is enough)
• Work directly with the CEO to define priorities and technical roadmap

This is a hands-on leadership role :

80% coding + 20% technical leadership and decision-making.
