Procurement and Logistics Coordinator

Responsibilities :

• Responsible for keeping a record of vendors and previous prices
• Responsible for taking quotation from reputed vendors for material and negotiating for best rates
• Maintaining and updating supplier information such as qualifications, delivery timelines and negotiating contracts
• Managing inventories and maintaining accurate purchase and pricing records
• Maintaining good relations with suppliers and negotiating contracts
• Researching and evaluating prospective suppliers
• Preparation of budgets and cost analyses and reports for both prospective projects for Sales Team and ongoing / awarded projects for Projects Team
• Preparation of SOPs for despatch of material from vendors till delivery to customer
• Maintenance and handling of warranty related documents and filing of all procurement information
• Follow up with vendors for on-time supply and follow up with customers for correct delivery expectations
• Preparation of bills in connection with accounts team and preparation of e-way bills and any other documents for smooth despatch and delivery of material from vendors to us and from us to customer
• Handling urgent requirement of material for projects operations and factory running as required
