Job Description

This is a remote position.

We are hiring smart, English-speaking professionals to join our U.S. Logistics Coordination & Sales team . You’ll work with American manufacturers, distributors, and trucking companies — helping them move freight, manage shipments, and close profitable deals.

This is an international client-facing role focused on C ommunication, Negotiation, and Execution .

Key Responsibilities :

• Make outbound calls to U.S. Businesses and trucking companies
• Negotiate rates and schedules for shipment delivery
• Coordinate daily shipment status updates and follow-ups
• Use internal tools and CRM to log, track, and manage deals
• Communicate clearly and confidently via phone, email, and chat

We're Looking For : Excellent spoken & written English Strong negotiation and communication skills Willingness to work U.S. hours (6 : 30 PM – 3 : 30 AM IST) Good with numbers, logic, and client handling Hungry to learn a high-growth global business model Preferred Background : Freshers or graduates with B.Com, BBA, MBA, or similar Call center, BPO, international sales, or logistics experience is a plus Comfortable using computers, CRMs, and email tools
