What You'll Do

Connect with potential learners through calls, emails, and follow-ups.

Engage with participants before and after webinars or masterclasses to guide them on the next steps.

Build instant rapport, understand their goals, and recommend the right learning programs.

Clearly explain program benefits, handle queries, and assist with smooth enrollments.

Keep track of leads and communication in the CRM.

Monitor your daily performance calls, conversations, and conversions and celebrate your wins!

Preferred candidate profile

A strong English communicator confident, clear, and engaging.

Comfortable talking to senior professionals across industries.

A people person you enjoy conversations and building trust.

Willing to work in US night shifts (9 : 00 PM – 7 : 00 AM IST) .

Curious about AI, tech, and the digital world .

Quick to learn, hungry to grow, and ready to take initiative.

(Bonus) Basic awareness of marketing or sales concepts is a plus — but not mandatory!
