• Skilled in performance marketing
• Good at creative angles & storytelling
• Comfortable recording on-camera videos when needed
• Data-driven, fast, and highly experimental
• Obsessed with scaling SaaS productsKey Responsibilities Manage performance marketing across Meta Ads, TikTok, Google, YouTubeBuild & run content strategies across multiple brandsRecord short videos for brand awareness (must be camera-friendly)Create viral-style social media content & hooksDevelop high-performing email sequences & automationsImprove landing pages, funnels, and user onboarding flowsUse PostHog, GA4, Hotjar, etc. to analyze user behaviorRun influencer collaborations & UGC campaignsExecute SEO strategies : keyword research, content planning, backlinksExperiment quickly across new channels and trendsReport weekly performance insights & growth metricsQualifications 3+ years experience in Digital Marketing / Growth MarketingStrong experience with Meta Ads, Google Ads, TikTok AdsCamera confidence — comfortable posting short videos for brand promotionProficient in SEO, SEM, content marketingStrong understanding of analytics tools (GA4, PostHog, Mixpanel)Experience with email marketing & automation toolsExcellent written & verbal communicationPrior experience with SaaS or B2B / B2C products is a strong plusDegree in Marketing / Business is preferred (not mandatory for highly skilled candidates)What You Get Salary : ₹80,000 – ₹1,00,000 per month (based on experience)Work directly with the founder across multiple AI productsRemote-first flexibilityMassive creative freedomFast-paced environment with global exposureOpportunity to build viral brands from scratchIf this sounds like you, apply now.We're hiring someone who is creative, analytical, fast, and hungry to scale multiple AI products worldwide.
