As an Application Lead, you will be responsible for leading the design, construction, and configuration of applications, serving as the primary point of contact. Your daily tasks will include overseeing the application development process, ensuring effective communication among team members and stakeholders.

Roles & Responsibilities :

• Expected to function as a Subject Matter Expert (SME)
• Collaborate and manage the team to execute tasks
• Responsible for making team decisions
• Engage with multiple teams and contribute to key decisions
• Provide solutions to problems for the immediate team and across multiple teams
• Lead the application development process effectively

• Provide guidance and mentorship to team members
