We're looking for a Strategic Partnerships Lead with experience in consultative sales, partnerships, or business development- preferably in design, SaaS, or digital services.
This role is crafted for someone who thrives at the intersection of business strategy and creative problem-solving, and is driven by meaningful conversations, long-term relationships, and outcomes that go beyond transactions.
You'll work closely with founders, design leaders, and client stakeholders to co-create engagement opportunities, shape our GTM approach, and position Onething Design as a strategic partner for product innovation and transformation.
Key Responsibilities :
Lead and manage high-impact partnerships and strategic sales conversations across industries.
Translate complex business challenges into tailored design and innovation opportunities.
Drive the discovery process-conducting stakeholder calls, needs assessments, and contextual research.
Collaborate with design, research, and strategy teams to co-build pitches and solution proposals.
Run strategic outreach, ABM campaigns, and engagement sequences that convert leads into partners.
Own end-to-end partnership cycles-from first pitch to deal closure and onboarding
Facilitate workshops, client presentations, and co-creation sessions with CXOs and product heads
Explore new verticals, strategic alliances, and international partnership 4+ years of experience in strategic sales, consulting, or partnerships roles.
Proven success in converting mid-to-large scale opportunities in a creative or digital services firm.
Understanding of design as a business enabler and the ability to sell design strategically.
Exceptional storytelling, pitch, and communication skills-verbal, written, and visual.
Experience working with cross-functional teams and navigating long-cycle B2B deals.
Structured problem-solving abilities, analytical thinking, and negotiation prowess.
Confidence in managing ambiguity and steering high-stakes conversations toward clarity and impact.
Familiarity with CRM platforms and outbound strategy tools.
Must have experience with international expansion, strategic alliances, or consulting in digital / UX domain is a plus.
