About the Role
We are looking for a dynamic HR Business Partner to manage Sales & Marketing functions. This role will act as a strategic liaison between HR and commercial teams, driving talent acquisition, performance management, engagement, and HR digitization initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
Manage end-to-end Sales & Marketing hiring and workforce planning.
Drive performance review cycles , incentive programs, and closures.
Coordinate sales training programs and track effectiveness.
Implement HR digitization initiatives and leverage AI tools for HR analytics.
Prepare dashboards and MIS reports for leadership reviews.
Foster employee engagement and resolve team-specific challenges.
Qualifications & Skills
Education : MBA in HR from a reputed institute (Full-time).
Experience : Minimum 5 years in HR business partnering with strong exposure to Sales hiring and HR operations.
Technical Skills :
Advanced MS Excel proficiency.
Familiarity with AI tools (ChatGPT, Perplexity, Copilot) and HRMS platforms.
Language : Hindi speaking mandatory; English proficiency required.
Strong interpersonal skills and ability to manage multiple stakeholders.
