Associate Product Manager

Job Title : Associate Product Manager – AI / LLM Digital Products

Location : Fully Remote (India)

Compensation : ₹7 LPA base + ₹2 LPA performance bonus

About Us :

Pelton Technology Inc. is an innovative AI startup building next-generation products powered by large language models (LLMs). We're looking for an Associate Product Manager who will be responsible for finding a need in a given community and satisfy the needs of this community by working with developers to create the best product-market fit having products. Our ideal candidate has moved beyond junior-level work but thrives in an environment where they can continue advancing their capabilities.

The ideal candidate can be a university student, recent graduate, contractor or a full-time employee, however, they should have an excellent track record of academical success and holding his undergraduate studies at a tier 1 or 2 university. Preferably, previous part-time or full-time work experience, have a compelling project or personal work that demonstrates personal capabilities, and be able to prove their capabilities and knowledge on developing products from stratch to deliver to the end users / organisations.

Ideal Candidate :

• Enrolled to or graduated from top academical institution with excellent academical background (at least 8.00 / 10 CGPA (First Class Equivalent in UK standards by Oxbridge) to qualify).
• Willingness to pursue strategy consultancy or product management field at big tech companies.
• Ability to find market opportunities, comprehend the dynamics of the given market and conduct quantitative and qualitative analysis.
• Capability to create market analysis, product roadmap, technical requirements documentation.
• Knowledge on project management principles and agile methodologies.
• Ability to create working managerial systems for marketing and sales operations.
• Openness to work with monitoring tool and commitment to 9 to 6 working hours
