What You’ll Do :

Provide administrative and operational assistance to C-level ledership and IT security Team by understanding of project planning and diverse stakeadholders situations throughout well-mannered communication and detailed oriented eyes.

Manage and maintain leadership team's appointments and calendar as well as supporting reports and presentation in a professional way with detailed-oriented & customer focused mindset

Coordinate with team members to update project timelines, dependencies, and milestones

What You Need :

Minumum 2 to 3 years of Administration Assitant role for leadership team in a multi-national company .

Excellent in MS office tools and power point skills.

Excellent customer service, communication, organization, multitasking, and documentation skills.
