Job description

Key Responsibilities

Strategy

  • Own and evolve Foxtale’s social media strategy  across platforms (Instagram, YouTube etc) in line with brand and business goals
  • Drive innovation through the creation of brand IPs, social series, and digital-first campaigns
  • Conceptualize and execute social-first campaigns —from new launches to cultural moments
  • Track and analyse performance, sentiment, and audience growth to continually optimise the strategy

Content & Calendar

  • Design a robust content calendar  that balances brand and product driven storytelling
  • Define content pillars, tone of voice, and visual direction that sets Foxtale apart
  • Monitor trends and adapt content formats (Reels, memes, AMAs, live sessions, etc.) to keep the brand relevant and resonant

    • Team lead

  • Oversee copywriting and production for platform-specific content
  • Lead and mentor a team  of copywriter, designers, videographers

    • What We’re Looking For

  • 5+ years of experience in social media and content marketing, ideally in beauty, fashion, or D2C consumer brands
  • Strong creative and strategic chops—you can think in campaigns, formats, and insights
  • Proven experience building a brand voice and scaling social handles organically
