We’re looking for an experienced Healthcare Recruiter who understands the urgency, pace, and compliance needs of US healthcare staffing.

What You’ll Do

• Manage end-to-end recruitment for healthcare roles (RNs, LPNs, CNAs, Allied, Physicians, etc.) - Source, screen, and build relationships with active and passive healthcare candidates. - Collaborate closely with our delivery and compliance teams to ensure quality submissions. - Use job boards, LinkedIn, internal databases, and referrals to build a strong talent pipeline. - Coordinate interviews and support onboarding of selected candidates. - Maintain detailed records and status updates in the ATS.
