Job description7 to 10 years of Business Analyst experience in Capital Markets or Global Treasury. Strong knowledge of financial instruments including Equities, Derivatives, Fixed Income, and FX. Understanding of Investment Banking and Asset Management across Front, Middle, and Back Office functions. Preferably experience in Asset Management with Trading Compliance rule coding and testing. Good understanding of the investment process, capital markets, and financial industry distribution. Strong SQL querying skills for database interactions. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to create effective documentation and correspond professionally on functionalities and issues. Confident in engaging with business users and stakeholders. Strong team player with the ability to work collaboratively.
Key Responsibilities :
- Analyze and document business requirements related to Capital Markets and Global Treasury functions.
- Work closely with business users and stakeholders to gather, validate, and prioritize requirements.
- Support the development and testing of solutions, particularly focusing on Trading Compliance rules within Asset Management.
- Produce clear and concise documentation on functionalities, processes, and issues.
- Communicate effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders, articulating ideas and concerns clearly.
- Work efficiently under tight deadlines while maintaining high-quality deliverables.
- Use MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Visio for analysis, documentation, and presentations.
