Assistant Manager Finance Account

Job descriptionHandle PF, ESI, TDS deductions and filings. Coordinate with consultants or authorities for returns, challans, and inspections. Maintain accurate records in Tally ERP. Ensure timely posting of all journal entries, reconciliations, and ledger maintenance. Manage petty cash and bank transactions. Maintain the expenses records Generate client invoices and follow up for timely payments. Maintain records of accounts receivable and payable. Prepare GST invoices and ensure GST returns are filed accurately. Prepare monthly MIS reports and cash flow statements. Track expenses against budgets and flag anomalies. Assist with annual audits and financial statements. Manage vendor payments and handle any financial queries from clients or internal teams. Bachelor’s degree in Commerce , Finance or a related field. This role includes travel preferable (male candidates) Minimum 2 to 4 years of experience in finance or accounts, preferably in a start-up or SME. Proficiency in Tally ERP, MS Excel, and basic accounting principles. Working knowledge of PF, ESI, TDS, GST, and Income Tax procedures. Strong attention to detail, time management, and ability to multitask. Good communication and coordination skills.
