Performance Test Lead

with strong expertise in

LoadRunner

to lead performance testing efforts for our critical applications. The ideal candidate will have extensive hands-on experience in designing, developing, and executing performance test scripts, analyzing results, and driving performance tuning initiatives. You will work closely with development, QA, and infrastructure teams to ensure our applications meet and exceed performance benchmarks. Key Responsibilities : Lead the performance testing activities including

planning, designing, scripting , execution, and reporting. Develop and maintain LoadRunner scripts and scenarios to simulate real-world user behavior. Analyze performance test results, identify bottlenecks, and collaborate with development and infrastructure teams to optimize application performance. Define performance testing standards, methodologies, and best practices. Mentor and guide junior performance testers on tools, techniques, and processes. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate performance testing into CI / CD pipelines. Prepare detailed performance test reports and present findings to technical and non-technical stakeholders. Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery and quality. Stay updated on the latest trends and tools in performance testing. Required Skills & Qualifications : 7 to 13 years

of experience in software testing with a strong focus on performance testing. Hands-on experience with

Micro Focus LoadRunner (VuGen, Controller, Analysis) . Solid understanding of performance testing concepts, protocols (HTTP / HTTPS, Web Services, database, Citrix, etc.). Expertise in

scripting, scenario design , and execution of load tests. Experience with performance monitoring tools and APMs (Application Performance Monitoring). Strong knowledge of system architecture, networking, databases, and server technologies. Familiarity with CI / CD tools and integrating performance tests into automated pipelines. Proven leadership experience managing and mentoring performance testing teams. Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills. Experience in Agile and DevOps environments is a plus.
