Your Mission (If You Can Handle the Hype) :

As our Social Media Manager, you’ll :

Be the voice, vibe and energy behind multiple brand pages.

Build social media strategies that slap, trend and convert.

Create content ideas that make designers say “bruh” and clients say “WOW.”

Manage calendars, campaigns, content buckets & communities like a pro.

Work closely with our design, video and content teams to make magic.

Track analytics so you know exactly what’s working (and what needs to go off the grid).

Stay ahead of trends, memes, moments & everything the internet throws at us.

Your Toolkit Should Include :

Strong understanding of Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube & X (and the occasional WhatsApp Broadcast drama).

Idea machine-level creativity — think hooks, carousels, reels, captions, campaigns.

Excellent communication skills (bonus if you can reply to comments faster than your ex replied to texts).

Experience with coordination, briefing, planning and crisis-handling.

A nose for trends and the ability to adapt them to brand personalities.

Basic knowledge of performance metrics : reach, engagement, CTR, ROAS, etc.

A calm mind that doesn’t freak out when a post flops (it happens to the best of us).
