What Role You Will Play in Our Team

We are looking for minimum 3 years experienced engineers with an emphasis on data engineering and analytics using visualization tools to provide wells engineering support across ExxonMobils global portfolio. This position will also require interaction with the broader data science and analytics career community in ExxonMobil India to share best practices and upskill on various technologies (Snowflake, Databricks, many others).

What You Will Do

• Create intuitive and effective visualizations of drilling, completion, and production data from multiple repositories to provide immediate insights.
• Work in teams on data visualization projects using Spotfire / Power BI to solve complex engineering and business problems.
• Develop data models on Wells drilling, completion and production data.
• Collaborate with cross functional teams to integrate data from various sources (PI, SAP, EC, CORVA etc.)
• Identify and collaborate with various teams to resolve data quality issues.
• Provide engineering recommendations in drilling, completions, and well performance area to ExxonMobil Wells teams based on data modeling and analysis.
• Create tutorials, SOP documentation, training material pertaining to data modeling and analysis if required.
• Engage with stakeholders to meet expectations by valuable and actionable insights.
• Develop custom visuals to deliver effective and accurate insights.
• Develop automated reports using Visualization tools.
• Contribute to various stages of analytics, model deployment and model maintenance.
