Description
An Apprentice is an employee on a formal apprenticeship programme. Work includes :
- on-the-job learning at the bank with off-the-job learning
- First-hand practical experience and instruction from highly skilled and qualified employees. The programme prepares the Apprentice for a specific role, function or profession and typically concludes with an assessment or examination. The length of the apprenticeship will vary depending on region and / or division.
Your key responsibilities
Strong MS Excel skills and comfortable with analyzing and interpreting recruitment data.Ability to partner and manage relationships with new and existing recruitment vendorsProven ability to build strong relationships with senior stakeholders representing a solution-oriented way of working.Comfortable with presenting to management groups, with the ability to produce concise presentations in PowerPoint.Your skills and experience
