You will be responsible for driving brand awareness, generating qualified leads, and optimizing the digital presence of Lambda SCS across all channels. This role requires a blend of creativity, analytical thinking, and hands-on execution.Key ResponsibilitiesStrategy & PlanningDevelop, implement, and manage comprehensive digital marketing strategies aligned with business goals.Plan and allocate digital marketing budgets effectively.Lead Generation & Campaign ManagementDesign and execute multi-channel campaigns (SEO, SEM, email, social media, content, paid ads) to drive lead generation and nurture prospects.Optimize landing pages and conversion paths to maximize lead capture.Content & SEOOversee the creation of high-quality content (blogs, whitepapers, case studies, videos) targeting relevant industry keywords.Manage on-page and off-page SEO to improve organic search rankings and website authority.Social Media & CommunityManage and grow Lambda SCS’s presence on LinkedIn and other relevant platforms.Engage with industry communities and influencers to expand reach.Analytics & ReportingMonitor, analyze, and report on campaign performance using Google Analytics, CRM, and marketing automation tools.Use data-driven insights to continually improve ROI and campaign effectiveness.CollaborationWork closely with sales, product, and customer success teams to ensure alignment and consistent messaging.Manage relationships with external agencies and vendors as needed.Required Skills & QualificationsBachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field.4+ years of experience in digital marketing, preferably in B2B technology or SaaS.Proven track record in lead generation, SEO, SEM, and content marketing.Hands-on experience with Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Google Analytics, HubSpot (or similar CRM / marketing automation platforms).Strong analytical skills and experience with data-driven decision making.Excellent written and verbal communication skills.Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.Creative thinker with a passion for technology and innovation.Preferred QualificationsExperience in the supply chain, logistics, or enterprise software industry.Familiarity with ABM (
