Marketing Manager

Functional Area : Business Development / Sales

Locations : Chennai

Experience : Minimum 5 years in project sales

Industry : Building Products (Glass, Facades, Shades, Window Blinds, Lighting, etc.)

Travel : Required across assigned regions

Key Responsibilities

Lead project-oriented sales, targeting architects, consultants, project managers.

Drive product and project specification by engaging stakeholders.

Develop and nurture relationships with key influencers (architects, developers, institutional clients).

Identify and convert new business opportunities in niche, branded building products.

Manage and motivate a team to meet regional sales targets.

Requirements

Profile Requirements

5+ years of hands‑on experience in project sales within relevant industries.

Strong communication, presentation, and confidence in engaging technical audiences.

Ability to speak English, Hindi, and the local language of the region.

Team-player mindset with willingness to travel extensively.
