Required Skills :

• Work experience-Must
• At least 3-5 years of financial planning, reporting, and / or analysis experience.
• Experience in working cross-functionally and collaboratively in a global organization.
• Strong technical accounting skills and practical knowledge of the principles of financial accounting and accounting standards
• Multiple stakeholder management
• IS experience
• Experience working with an ERP system – QAD
• Advanced skill level in Microsoft Excel (PowerPivot, Power Query, etc.)
• Experience and exposure to Alteryx and Power BI is a plus.
• Soft skills
• Excellent communication skills
• Ability to communicate strongly and influence without authority.
• Exceptional analytical, organizational, and communication skills
