Back-End Developer

This is a remote position.

Looking for a skilled Back-End Developer to build and maintain scalable secure systems powering a conversational AI platform in the healthcare domain.

Requirements

• Design and develop scalable APIs and microservices for conversational AI workflows.
• Optimize backend performance scalability and reliability.
• Integrate securely with healthcare systems ensuring compliance (HIPAA FHIR).
• Deploy and manage NLP / AI models in production.
• Design database schemas and manage structured / unstructured healthcare data.
• Build and maintain CI / CD pipelines.
• Troubleshoot complex issues to minimize downtime.
• Mentor junior developers and contribute to technical excellence.
• Explore and adopt emerging backend technologies.
