Use business and data understanding to select appropriate modeling techniques for the situation

• Ability to acquire and maintain business requirements including supporting documentation for data, reporting
• Acquire business understanding needed to analyze collaboration with business partners as well as external Research
• Strong Experience with design and development in business intelligence applications, preferably Experience in Power BI
• Identify, analyze, and interpret trends or patterns in complex data sets using a variety of techniques to meet business needs
• 5+ years of relevant Experience
• Ability to work with multiple projects and stakeholders simultaneously
• Development of business information reporting, scorecards, and metrics
• Ability to communicate persuasively and resolve issues effectively
• Prepare analyses and reports for presentations to executive leadership and company’s board of directors
• Solid business acumen with advance skills in understanding organizational processes and executing business analytics to identify variances and trends
