Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Human Resources Executive, located in Bhubaneswar. The Human Resources Executive will oversee day-to-day HR management and operations, maintain employee relations, and develop and enforce HR policies. The role also involves collaborating with team members to ensure smooth organizational processes and alignment with company objectives.

Qualifications

• HR Management and Human Resources (HR) expertise
• Strong skills in HR Operations and Employee Relations
• Experience in developing, implementing, and maintaining HR Policies
• Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities
• Problem-solving skills and the ability to work collaboratively
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; advanced certifications are a plus
• Understanding of employment laws and regulations
