Team Lead - SAP SD / FICO Modules

Description : About the job :

• Direct and oversee the daily operations of a dedicated SAP team, focusing on SAP SD and FICO modules
• Foster collaboration among SAP analysts and developers to optimize performance and efficiency
• Set clear priorities and objectives for team members based on business needs and project demands
• Manage resource allocation and ensure continuity of service during peak periods and team shortages
• Ensure that incidents are addressed promptly within defined SLAs and escalate issues when necessary
• Analyze team workload and capacity to ensure effective distribution of tasks
• Define and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) for service delivery
• Prepare regular reports on team performance for management review
• Lead service review meetings with stakeholders to discuss outcomes and areas for improvement
• Identify opportunities for process and service enhancements and implement solutions
• Promote a culture of continuous improvement and excellence in user support
• Have a thorough understanding of order-to-cash processes with a focus on European business practices
