AVP - IT (Business Applications)

About the Role We are looking for an AVP – IT (Business Applications) to partner with business leaders and drive technology-led transformation across multiple entities within RMZ. This role is pivotal in shaping the IT roadmap, delivering innovative solutions, and ensuring technology initiatives align with business objectives.

Key Responsibilities

Collaborate with CXOs and Function Heads to identify opportunities for technology-driven business improvements.

Define and implement IT strategies, roadmaps, and project deliverables across multiple business entities.

Translate business requirements into technical specifications and lead solution design for key engagements.

Manage end-to-end delivery of concurrent projects, ensuring quality, timeliness, and budget compliance.

Act as a trusted advisor to senior leadership, influencing adoption of IT solutions and driving pilot initiatives.

Design next-generation innovative solutions to support business growth and efficiency.

Conduct knowledge-sharing sessions and contribute to best practices across IT functions.

Stay updated on industry trends and emerging technologies to enhance organizational capabilities.

What We’re Looking For

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Information Technology.

Expertise in ERP systems (preferably SAP) and business processes like Procure-to-Pay, Financials & Accounting.

5+ years of experience in consulting or similar roles with strong skills in requirements gathering, configuration, and testing.

Exposure to HRMS processes, Salesforce CRM (certification preferred), and project methodologies (Agile & Waterfall).

Familiarity with visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau), web / mobile architectures, and MS Office.

Strong communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.

Proven ability to influence senior leadership and deliver impactful technology solutions.
