Position Summary :
- The Vice President Head of Sales for Ridhira Zen will lead all strategic and tactical sales functions for the project
- This leadership role is critical in driving revenue for one of the groups most high-profile developments
- The ideal candidate will bring deep experience in luxury real estate, wellness / lifestyle products, and high-net-worth client engagement, with a proven track record in scaling high-value, niche real estate offerings
Key Responsibilities
Sales Strategy & Execution
Develop and implement an integrated sales strategy to position Ridhira Zen as Indias premier wellness living destinationDefine project-specific revenue targets, sales forecasts, and pricing strategies aligned with business goalsLead all phases of the sales lifecycle from lead generation and client engagement to negotiation and closureClient Acquisition & Relationship Management
Identify and engage with HNIs, NRIs, institutional investors, and luxury lifestyle buyersBuild personalized buyer journeys and offer bespoke solutions to attract wellness-conscious customersFoster long-term relationships with clients to promote referrals, repeat investments, and community-buildingTeam Leadership
Recruit, train, and lead a high-performance sales team comprising relationship managers, channel managers, and telesales executivesSet KPIs, monitor performance metrics, and continuously improve the teams productivity and professionalismChannel Partner & Strategic Alliances
Create and manage a nationwide network of channel partners, luxury brokers, and wealth advisorsPartner with wellness brands, meditation coaches, yoga schools, and spiritual leaders to create a referral ecosystem aligned with the Ridhira Zen ethosDigital & Experiential Sales
Work closely with the marketing team to leverage digital campaigns, virtual tours, and immersive brand experiences to boost lead generation and conversionConceptualize and lead wellness-focused experiential sales events, retreats, and private viewings for potential buyersCross-functional Collaboration
Coordinate with marketing, product development, legal, finance, and CRM teams to ensure seamless execution of sales campaigns and client onboardingProvide feedback to design and operations teams based on client inputs and market trendsQualifications & Requirements
Education : MBA or Masters Degree in Sales, Marketing, or Business AdministrationExperience : Minimum 15 years of experience in luxury real estate sales, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership roleStrong exposure to wellness / retreat-based living, gated villa projects, or branded residential developmentsTrack record of handling multi-crore real estate portfolios and closing high-ticket transactionsExcellent negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skillsStrong understanding of customer psychology, especially in the premium and wellness spacePreferred Skills & Attributes
