About the Role

We are seeking a Senior Software Engineer I Backend with 79 years of professional experience to lead backend development for complex scalable systems. This role combines deep technical expertise client-facing engagement and leadership responsibilities. You will design implement and optimize backend services drive delivery excellence and mentor junior engineers while collaborating with cross-functional teams.

What Youll Do & The Impact Youll Have

• Lead backend system design estimation and implementation efforts.
• Build and deploy highly scalable APIs on AWS applying best practices in networking (VPC DNS NLB Cloud NAT).
• Own and optimize CI / CD pipelines and ensure secure deployments with CORS WAF and IAM policies.
• Act as the client-facing technical lead during discussions deep-dives and delivery presentations.
• Guide L3L5 engineers review architecture decisions and mentor team members.
• Deliver large components / modules ensuring reliability maintainability and scale.
• Balance 50% leadership (reviews client alignment) and 50% individual contribution (core components POCs).
