About the Position :
Monkhub Innovations is seeking an IT Sales Specialist to drive sales of software solutions and emerging technologies like AI / Ml, AR / VR, Game Development, Blockchain, Mobile & Web Applications. Based in Gurgaon, this full-time role focuses on meeting sales targets, acquiring clients, managing accounts, and delivering demos. The ideal candidate will have 2.5+ years of IT sales experience, strong communication skills, and knowledge of IT solutions and industry trends.
Key Responsibilities :
Lead Engagement : Reach out to qualified leads and explore how our Blockchain, AR / VR, AI / ML, Game Development, and Mobile / Web App solutions can meet client needs.
Requirement Gathering : Conduct meetings to understand client requirements, technical needs, and business objectives.
Proposal Creation : Develop tailored technical and financial proposals in collaboration with internal teams.
Client Communication & Negotiation : Maintain client communication, address concerns, and negotiate pricing and terms.
Contract Closure : Lead the process to close deals and finalize contracts, working with legal and operations teams.
Client Relationship Management : Build long-term relationships with clients, ensuring satisfaction and repeat business.
Lead Data Management : Track and organize lead data, ensuring timely follow-ups and accurate records.
Requirements :
Experience : 2.5+ years of sales experience in IT Products, specifically in Blockchain, AR / VR, AI, Game Development, or Mobile / Web Apps.
Consultative Selling : Ability to engage clients and offer tailored solutions based on their business needs.
Industry Knowledge : Understanding of Blockchain, AR / VR, AI, Game Development, and Mobile / Web Development.
Proposal & Negotiation : Experience in creating proposals and negotiating contracts.
Communication Skills : Strong verbal and written communication to present proposals and negotiate terms.
Lead Data Management : Proficiency with lead tracking and CRM tools.
Key Skills :
Consultative Sales : Ability to identify client needs and propose tailored software solutions.
Relationship Building : Establish and maintain strong relationships with clients.
Negotiation & Closing : Strong skills in handling complex negotiations and closing deals.
