Job Title-Senior Business Analyst – Customer IAM.

Experience-12+ Years.

Location-Pune.

Mandatory Skill-

1. Familiarity with identity platforms (e.g., ForgeRock, Ping Identity, Okta, Transmit Security)

2. experience working with Agile practices and practical experience with DevOps, CICD

3. Hands-on experience in CIAM or Identity & Access Management (IAM), strong understanding of authencation tech (MFA , SSO )

4. Translate business requirements into detailed user stories, use cases, process flows, and acceptance criteria.

Secondary Skill-

1. Understanding of API integrations (REST / SOAP), and DevOps environments

2. Exposure to customer-centric design or CX-focused requirements gathering

3. Awareness of compliance standards (GDPR, PSD2, MAS TRM)

4. Agile certifications or BA certifications (e.g., IIBA, CBAP) are a plus
