Job descriptionShould have relevant experience of 4-6 years in the field of analytics Technical Capabilities (hands on) - SQL, Advance Excel, Power BI, BigQuery, R / Python (Good to have) Possess strong analytical skills and sharepoint of views with the organization Penchant for business, curiosity about numbers and persistent to work with data to generate insights Provides customized knowledge for client work, prepares accurate, well developed client deliverables Experience in App Analytics would be preferred Experience with E-commerce, Retail business would be preferred
Key Responsibilities :
- Gather and analyze data from a variety of sources, including SQL databases, BigQuery, Excel, Power BI, and Python. Good SQL coding skills are a must.
- Work with stakeholders to understand their needs and translate them into data-driven solutions.
- Communicate effectively with stakeholders, both verbally and in writing.
- Leading and managing a team of business analysts.
- Must be a self-starter, able to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously, own deliverables end to end, prioritize workload effectively and thrive in dynamic environment
- Must be a problem solver with outstanding skills in discovering techniques and proven Abilities to translate the underlying business needs into actionable insights
- Works well under pressure, can work within stringent timelines and collaborate with teams to achieve results
