Job descriptionProven experience of 5 to 7 years in MIS, preferably within the Banking, NBFC, or Brokerage Firm sector. Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and generate actionable insights. Proficiency in data analysis tools and software, including MS Excel, SQL, and data visualization tools (e.g. Tableau, Power BI). Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex information clearly and effectively. Attention to detail and accuracy in data analysis and reporting. Ability to work independently as well as Leading a team environment Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to identifying and resolving issues.

Job Summary :
We are looking for proactive and detail-oriented professionals with 5 to 10 years of experience for the role of MIS Analyst . Candidates with prior experience in NBFCs, private sector banks, wealth management firms, or stock broking companies will be preferred.
Experience : Range of 5 to 7 years
Educational Qualifications : Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Finance, Economics, or a related field.
Key Responsibilities
- Data Analysis & Reporting : Compile and analyze data to generate insightful MIS reports and dashboards for business and service performance.
- Performance Monitoring : Track key metrics and SLAs to ensure operational efficiency and adherence to quality standards.
- Strategic Insights : Highlight trends, identify gaps, and support decision-making through periodic presentations and performance reviews.
- Process Improvement : Recommend automation and enhancements for reporting and data management systems.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration : Work closely with internal teams to gather requirements, ensure data accuracy, and align on reporting practices.
