We're on the hunt for a Business Development Manager with a sharp eye for high-intent leads, hands-on mastery of LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and proven success in cold outreach - especially for SaaS or Tech Services. This isn't a "spray and pray" job. It's about precision prospecting.

You'll play a pivotal role in building our sales pipeline, expanding our reach, and turning cold leads into booked calls.

What You'll Own :

  • Build, manage, and optimize lead funnels - weekly reports, ICP alignment, and conversion tracking.
  • Execute high-quality outbound campaigns tailored to decision-makers (Founders, CTOs, HR Heads).
  • Craft personalized connection requests, messages, and cold email templates that convert.
  • Coordinate with marketing for lead nurturing, retargeting, and feedback loops.
  • Test new channels, tools, or sequences - you're the engine behind our outbound strategy.

What We're Looking For :

  • 3-5 years of B2B outbound lead generation or business development experience.
  • LinkedIn Sales Navigator expertise & CRM systems.
  • Strong written communication and copywriting for outreach that feels human. Ability to meet weekly lead quotas with consistency.
  • Bonus : Experience generating leads from Upwork, Fiverr, Clutch, or directories.
