US IT Recruitment Consultant

Key Responsibilities :

🔹 Source, screen, and qualify IT professionals for permanent / full-time positions with direct clients and tier-1 vendors across the US.

🔹 Work on end-to-end recruitment lifecycle – from understanding client requirements, sourcing profiles, conducting interviews, negotiating offers, to closing the hire.

🔹 Utilize multiple channels such as LinkedIn Recruiter, Dice, Monster, CareerBuilder, Indeed, and internal ATS for proactive candidate sourcing.

🔹 Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates and clients, ensuring a positive hiring experience.

🔹 Coordinate with Account Managers and Delivery Leads to meet hiring targets within defined SLAs.

🔹 Maintain and update candidate pipelines and recruitment trackers regularly.

Required Skills & Experience :

✅ 2–6 years of hands-on experience in US IT Recruitment (full-time hiring focus).

✅ Strong understanding of US Tax Terms (W2, C2C, 1099) and Visa Types (USC, GC, H1B, OPT, TN, etc.) .

✅ Ability to source candidates for roles such as Cloud Engineers, Data Engineers, Developers, QA, DevOps, Cybersecurity, ERP, etc.

✅ Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.

✅ Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
