Client satisfaction is our top priority, and we uphold this commitment by delivering promised quality, on time, and consistently.As we scale, we’re looking for a highly creative YouTube Thumbnail Designer obsessed with visual storytelling and viewer psychology. This role is responsible for the most critical piece of our content packaging : creating high-impact thumbnails that drive clicks and grow our clients' channels.The ideal candidate will be : (Important)

• Proven portfolio demonstrating high-impact, click-worthy YouTube thumbnails.
• Expert-level skills in Adobe Photoshop, including complex photo manipulation, compositing, and retouching.
• A strong foundation in design principles, color theory, visual hierarchy, and typography.
• Experience in generating accurate assets or images using AI tools like Midjourney.
• Deep understanding of viewer psychology, YouTube trends, and what makes a person click.
• Strong analytical skills with a focus on YouTube analytics, specifically CTR (Click-Through Rate).
