Job Title : Senior Graphic Designer (3–5 Years Experience)

Location : Gachibowli, Hyderabad (India Office)

Work Mode : Hybrid—5 days in office + 1 day WFH (Saturday)

Timings : 8 : 00 PM – 5 : 00 AM IST (US shift)

About the Role

We are seeking a  Senior Graphic Designer  with 3–5 years of professional experience who can think strategically, conceptualize independently, and lead projects. This role requires someone with a  strong creative mindset , excellent visual judgment, and the ability to guide junior designers.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the visual direction and create high-quality designs for campaigns, branding, packaging, and digital assets.
• Develop creative concepts, visual ideas, and mood boards from scratch.
• Mentor and guide junior designers with feedback, structure, and clarity.
• Collaborate with marketing, social media, and leadership teams on major campaigns.
• Ensure brand consistency across all creatives and deliverables.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously with strong ownership and deadlines.
• Review final outputs (colors, alignment, hierarchy, typography) before publishing.
• Stay ahead of design trends, global aesthetics, and new techniques to keep brand identity fresh.
