What are we looking for?

We are seeking a passionate and experienced BI Developer to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will play a key part in transforming complex data into valuable business insights using advanced BI tools. Youll collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop interactive dashboards, robust data models, and automated reporting solutions that drive strategic decisions across the :

Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience as a BI Developer or similar role
Expertise in Power BI (DAX, Power Query, semantic modeling, publishing reports to Power BI Service)
Proficient in SQL capable of writing complex queries and optimizing performance
Experience in Tableau for advanced visualization and dashboarding
Working knowledge of Python for scripting, data processing, or advanced analytics
Strong understanding of data modeling, ETL concepts, and semantic layers
Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work independently or in a team
Clear communication skills for presenting data insights to both technical and non-technical audiences

Responsibilities :

Design, develop, and maintain interactive dashboards and reports using Power BI and Tableau

Build and optimize SQL queries and semantic models to support business reporting and analytics

Create and manage data models that ensure data consistency, reusability, and scalability

Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and translate business requirements into functional BI solutions

Use Python for data manipulation, automation, or integrating advanced analytics where necessary.

Ensure high-quality data through effective validation, data cleaning, and reconciliation techniques.

Monitor and maintain performance of BI tools and optimize for efficiency and scalability.

Preferred Qualifications :

Experience with cloud platforms like Azure, AWS, or GCP

Familiarity with data warehousing concepts

Prior exposure to agile methodologies or DevOps in BI projects
