About the Role
Vegah LLC is seeking a motivated SAP Basis Cloud Systems Intern to join our dynamic team specializing in SAP modernization and cloud transformations. This role is perfect for aspiring SAP professionals eager to gain hands-on experience with modern SAP cloud technologies, system administration, and enterprise-grade deployments. You'll work with cutting-edge SAP cloud platforms, support client migrations, and learn the fundamentals of SAP system management in cloud environments.
Key Responsibilities
SAP System Administration
- Assist in SAP system installations and configurations on cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP)
- Support SAP S / 4HANA system administration and maintenance activities
- Learn transport management system (TMS) operations and change management
- Assist with user administration, role management, and authorization concepts
- Support system monitoring, performance analysis, and basic tuning activities
Cloud & Modern SAP Technologies
Gain hands-on experience with SAP Business Technology Platform (BTP)Support SAP cloud deployments and RISE with SAP implementationsLearn SAP integration scenarios using SAP Integration SuiteAssist with SAP system refresh, system copy, and backup / recovery operationsSupport SAP Basis activities in hybrid cloud environmentsTechnical Operations
Basic scripting and automation for routine SAP operationsSupport SAP connectivity and interface configurationsAssist with SAP security implementations and compliance activitiesLearn SAP monitoring tools and early warning system (EWS) analysisSupport disaster recovery testing and business continuity processesClient Support & Learning
Participate in client calls and technical discussions (as appropriate)Document procedures and create knowledge base articlesCollaborate with senior consultants on migration projectsSupport SAP ECC to S / 4HANA transformation activitiesRequired Qualifications
Educational Background
Currently enrolled in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related fieldStrong academic performance with interest in enterprise systemsTechnical Skills
Cloud Platforms : Basic understanding of AWS, Azure, or GCP servicesOperating Systems : Windows Server and Linux administration fundamentalsDatabase Concepts : Basic SQL knowledge and database administration conceptsNetworking : Understanding of TCP / IP, firewalls, and network security basicsScripting : Basic knowledge of shell scripting, PowerShell, or similarSAP Knowledge (Training Acceptable)
