creative and passionate Social Media Manager

to join our team! If you live and breathe Instagram, reels, trends, and have a flair for storytelling — we want to meet you. Roles & Responsibilities : Develop and execute social media strategies to grow BulBul’s brand presence across Instagram, Facebook, Pinterest, and YouTube. Create engaging content — reels, stories, posts, campaigns — aligned with the latest fashion and cultural trends. Plan monthly social media calendars, shoot plans, and product highlights. Work with photographers, stylists, and editors to manage content shoots. Collaborate with the marketing team for product launches, promotions, and festive campaigns. Manage influencer collaborations — from outreach to deliverables. Monitor insights, track performance metrics, and optimize strategies for better reach and engagement. Stay updated with social media algorithms, trends, and best practices. Handle customer engagement via DM queries and community building activities. Requirements : Proven 2-4 years of experience managing social media for fashion or lifestyle brands. Strong sense of aesthetics, styling, and Indian fashion trends. Ability to shoot basic content via phone (reels, behind-the-scenes) when needed. Excellent communication, creative thinking, and multitasking skills.
