We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Manager, Data Analytics to lead data-driven initiatives and contribute to the strategic decision-making process. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in leveraging data to provide actionable insights that drive business growth and efficiency. The Manager, Data Analytics, will act as a bridge between the data analytics function and the Sales and Marketing teams, ensuring a seamless integration of insights into day-to-day operations and long-term strategic planning.

Roles and Responsibilities :
- Develop and execute the data analytics strategy aligned with business objectives.
- Work closely with the Sales team to analyze historical sales data, market trends, and consumer behaviour to generate accurate sales forecasts.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for leveraging data to drive business solutions.
- Partner with Marketing to enhance customer segmentation models, allowing for more targeted and personalized marketing campaigns.
- Lead, mentor, and inspire a team of data analysts, fostering a culture of innovation, collaboration, and excellence.
- Utilize data to identify high-value customer segments and tailor sales approaches to maximize customer lifetime value.
- Provide guidance on data analysis methodologies and best practices.
- Establish and enforce data governance policies to ensure the accuracy, completeness, and reliability of data.
- Implement measures to enhance data quality and integrity across the organization.
- Oversee the development and execution of advanced analytics projects to extract meaningful insights from large datasets.
- Present findings and recommendations to senior leadership in a clear and compelling manner.
- Evaluate and implement cutting-edge data analytics tools and technologies to enhance the efficiency of the analytics team.
- Define key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to assess the impact of data-driven initiatives.

Key Skills Required :
Advanced proficiency in data analysis tools and programming languages (e.g., Python, R, SQL).Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate complex findings into actionable insights for non-technical stakeholders.7-9 years experience of tools such as Power BI / Altryx / Advance excel / Powerpoint ppts / SFA opsExposure to mainly FMCG Industry / Market Research Companies / FMCG Shared Service center in Data Analytics
