Role Description
Client Relationship Management – Act as the primary point of contact for 3–5 e‑commerce clients, ensuring timely updates, issue resolution, and trust-building
Amazon & Marketplace Operations – Manage Amazon Seller / Vendor Central (FBA / FBM), including listing optimization, inventory oversight, account health monitoring, performance metrics (sales, ACoS, ROI), PPC campaigns, reviews & feedback
Google Sheets & Reporting – Build and maintain trackable dashboards with metrics, KPIs, trends & insights; prepare weekly / monthly reports for clients
Cross‑Platform Marketing – Develop and manage advertising strategies (PPC, Sponsored Products, Promotions) across e‑commerce platforms
Strategy & Growth – Analyze account data, identify growth opportunities, recommend and execute strategies to improve listing visibility, conversions, and overall ROI
