Role Overview :
We are looking for a dynamic and experienced HR professional to manage payroll operations, support core HR functions, ELM and contribute to a positive employee experience. The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in HR processes, excellent communication skills, and a hands-on approach to problem-solving.
Key Responsibilities :
Payroll Management :
- Handle end-to-end payroll processing with accuracy and timeliness
- Coordinate with finance for salary disbursements and payroll reconciliations
- Maintain payroll records and resolve discrepancies
- Ensure adherence to statutory requirements (PF, ESIC, PT, TDS, etc.)
- Maintain documentation for audits and labor law compliance
- Stay updated on regulatory changes affecting payroll and HR compliance
Employee Engagement :
Support and implement employee engagement activities and eventsConduct feedback sessions and coordinate employee welfare programsHR Operations :
Handle HR documentation, including offer letters, confirmation, and exit formalitiesAssist in managing attendance, leave, and HRMS updatesSupport grievance handling and employee communicationEmployee Life cycle ManagementGeneral HR Support :
Bring sound judgment and common sense to everyday HR mattersCollaborate with cross-functional teams on HR initiativesDeliver tasks and responsibilities within defined timelinesRequired Skills & Competencies :
Strong hands-on experience in payroll processingGood Experience in ELMEffective verbal and written communication skillsAbility to maintain confidentiality and professional demeanorHigh level of initiative, ownership, and task executionPleasing personality and people-centric approachPreferred Qualifications :
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in HR or related fieldExperience in a manufacturing or industrial setup preferredFamiliarity with HRMS systems and Excel
